This year’s Home & Garden Colorado embodies thoughtful use of space with impeccable architectural details that blend a modern twist on colonial features. In this house, you’ll find it’s the attention to detail: barrel ceilings, archways, niches, and inset brick patterns that reflect traditional yet contemporary vibes and make this home one of a kind for an active family.

Built by Apex Homes LLC, the newly built showhouse is in a central Denver metro location, on the cusp of popular Belcaro and Corey-Merrill neighborhoods. It boasts 5 total bedrooms, a “keeping space” or large pantry, a barrel-ceiling dining area, and an in-home gym with a wellness center, equipped with a sauna and steam!  This house packs luxury into every inch of its 4500 sq feet.

Ten local design teams each take on a space, guided by Marcella Domonkos of MD Designs to ensure a cohesive look and seamless flow throughout.

The house will be open to the General Public on 19, 20, and 21 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. 100% of your $40 pp donation goes to GB3, the Garrett Bolles Foundation. Tickets will be available after April 15th – please go to denverlifemagazine.com/showhouse/register.

GB3 – The Beneficiary for Home & Garden Colorado’s 2026 Designer Showhouse is the Garrett Bolles Foundation.

The Designer Showhouse project was the brainchild of its publisher, Shawn Miller, in 2013, as a way to give back to the community and highlight the evolving design and build industry. This year marks Alpine Publishing Group’s 18th and 19th projects in Denver Life Magazine and Home & Garden Colorado magazines.
