What was the overall vision for your space?
The overall vision for these spaces was to create a balanced atmosphere where both relaxation and entertainment can thrive. The bedroom is designed as a serene retreat, featuring muted green tones, subtle patterns, and rich materials to foster calm and comfort. In contrast, the game room is intended to be a lively, engaging escape, perfect for unwinding with a cocktail and enjoying games and socializing. Both spaces offer distinct experiences while complementing each other in their functionality.

What’s your favorite thing about your space?
My favorite thing about the space is the layering of elements in the bedroom, especially on top of the wallpaper. It encourages your eye to wander and discover all the small, intricate details that come together to create a rich, textured look. In the game room, my favorite element is the luxury dart board that doubles as a bar cabinet. It’s such a bold statement piece and really sets the tone for the rest of the furniture in the space, adding both function and flair in a unique way.

What advice would you give to homeowners regarding the key things to keep in mind when designing (your) space?
When designing a bedroom and complementary den/room, my advice to homeowners would be to choose pieces that embody comfort, relaxation, luxury, and joy. Since these spaces often serve guests and host entertaining moments, the style should be inviting and create a sense of ease. Neither room needs to feel overly formal—this allows both guests and residents to feel truly at home and enjoy the space.
