1. Press tab OR scroll down and click to advance through questions.
2. Select if “Yes” or “No” if you have items to add in each section.
3. Click  the “Add Another” button to add additional items to a section.
4. “Submit” button at bottom of page.

WARNING: You can NOT add another item to a section and then delete that additional item section. This will cause the system to glitch and not take your submission. If you added an additional item section by mistake, please simply enter “N/A” as the sections answers to skip.
