Canadian developer Amacon is leveraging the Denver vibe—world-class entertainment, recreation, and dining options—with Upton Residences, a two-tower luxury high-rise project at 18th and Glenarm Place, just between the bustling Uptown neighborhood and the heart of Downtown.
Upton, Amacon’s first project in Denver, will offer 461 residences with prices starting in the low $400s. Amacon Vice President Stephanie Babineau, who leads the company’s marketing and sales efforts, says interest has been overwhelming.
“Denver’s high quality of life, natural surroundings, connected community culture, and its central location made it a perfect fit for our first U.S. project,” says Babineau. She adds the company saw potential in the city’s downtown core and is eager to become part of its plan for sustainable growth.

Hotel-style amenities abound in these buildings, which will feature a 24/7 concierge in each lobby and 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail that includes a restaurant and coffee shop. Amenities will include an outdoor deck with a swimming pool and hot tubs, an indoor lounge with a fireplace, a fitness room, and a chef’s kitchen for entertaining.
Each residence will be tailored with sleek, premium finishes and feature expansive high-performance windows with city and mountain views as well as either a balcony or terrace. Buyers can choose from one, two, and three-bedroom condos along with three penthouse levels.
If there’s any question about Upton being connected to the vibrant Uptown-Downtown Denver scene, the numbers don’t lie: Walkscore.com gives the site a walk score of 98, a bike score of 97, and an 85 transit score.
Potential residents can tour a complete two-bedroom condo model in the sales gallery next to the construction site. Complete with appliances and finishes, the model offers a preview of the Upton Residences lifestyle.
