Holy Smokes BBQ Brings the Heat to Outdoor Cooking

At Holy Smokes BBQ, the only dedicated barbecue store in the Denver metro area, the goal is to personally help everyone who walks through the door.

Holy Smokes BBQ owner Mike Case knows that everyone’s grilling expertise is different, and he has the inventory to reflect that. His staff has a passion for grilling and sharing that with every potential chef who walks through their door.

“All of us cook and grill,” Case says. “It’s our hobby.”

The store carries grills and smokers, pizza ovens, tools for grilling, fuels, and provisions (spices, sauces, glazes, etc.).

“There’s three ways we source what we bring into the store,” Case explains. “We buy from grillers we know are good, local vendors, or specific brands that our customers request.”

Beginners can use any type of grill  if they have done the correct research and know what they want, Case says, but most people start on gas grills and then get into smokers.”
