The third-floor dog park likely sets Parq on Speer apart from other new high-rises in Denver. Instead of walking the concrete with a plastic bag in hand, you can let Spot play in a fenced-in indoor-outdoor area while you enjoy a cocktail or socialize with your neighbors. A dog-grooming spa is also on-site. Spot’s park is available 24/7, so you never have to leave home for canine play time.

Parq on Speer is a new collection of high-rise apartments with designer amenities and rooftop retreats. The 302 residences on sixteen floors include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and penthouse suites, spanning 546 to 3,478 square feet.

Located in the walkable Golden Triangle neighborhood at the corner of Speer Blvd. and Bannock Street, the luxury community—situated on two acres—is slated for completion in October, with move-ins to begin in August.

Parq’s marquee amenity space, the pool terrace, is set against a backdrop of panoramic mountain views on the sixth floor. The open-air pool features a soaking ledge and spa surrounded by private cabanas and chaise lounges. Beside the pool is an entertainment area, including a covered outdoor kitchen featuring gas grills, a flat-screen TV and dining area. And when evening chill hits, you can warm up by the open-air fire pits.

An array of high-end amenities creates a resort hotel atmosphere. A sky lounge with a private dining area, outdoor terrace, microbrew taps, and catering kitchen are available to all residents. A state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga studio and spin room with Peloton bikes makes working out easy, but not too easy. Residents can also reserve a guest suite for visiting family and friends. The lobby offers 24/7 concierge services, business conference rooms with teleconferencing, a sports lounge with flat screen TVs, a coffee bar and more.

The apartments meet condominium standards, offering a classic, modern feel, with features such as quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, rain showers and soaking tubs, walk-in closets and more. Penthouse suites include fireplaces, heated tile bathroom floors, and custom closets with peninsulas.

With all the physical comforts, Parq on Speer does not stop there. The building features cutting edge technology and is one of developer Greystar’s first projects to offer automated in-home systems with integrated SMART home technologies. All units include Lutron Smart Lighting, Nest Thermostats and Wi-Fi enabled unit entry, with penthouses and town homes also offering motor-operated blinds.
